We came on a lovely day and sat outside under shade. Our waitress was very lovely, patient and polite -thank you. The risotto di mare was absolutely amazing and the sea bass was just perfect! Don’t know if it’s just seasonal but they’re 50% off mains the second time you come offer made the experience very affordable (which was one less worry).

Great coffee and croissants. Staff friendly and welcoming, and made time to chat despite being an extremely busy Sunday morning breakfast service.

As a Stratford resident I have eaten here many times. We booked a table on a Wednesday night for 7.30pm and arrived a little late at 7.45pm but was shocked to be told the kitchen was closing at 8pm (this was not indicated at the time of booking) but that they would throw us a bone and let us have the table until 9pm. I considered going somewhere else but as the food is usually good we stayed and what a mistake that was. The chicken Milanese was dry beyond belief and served with what could only described as 3 day old salad. The one pasta dish was put down with no offer of Parmesan cheese and a server that then disappeared. If this is one of the only surviving locations for the chain I doubt it will be here much longer.
