    Really good services by hotel manager which left an impression. Made our day. Breakfast was surprisingly good - smoked salmon with scrambled eggs are lovely start of the day!

    Stayed there for a week, didn't have hot water the first two days and finally on the third day without it I changed rooms. Walls were paper thin in the new room and made sleep difficult with neighbors talking late into the night and then snoring. Room didn't have shampoo and when I asked for shampoo they brought conditioner. Overall I didn't enjoy my stay. The bright spot was the staff seemed nice and tried to make my stay enjoyable even though it didn't work out.

    Visited and stayed for a party. Receptionist kindly changed our room for which we were very grateful her name was Beth. The party was in the club downstairs and a great night was had by all. Bar staff were very good, breakfast in the morning was excellent after a comfortable night sleep in a very well equipped room. No problems parking and the bar was nice which we enjoyed pre-party all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Reigate or organising a party and need a good venue on the Surrey Sussex border just off the M25.
