Pictured is roughly £70 worth of food, they put on a serious vegan tax at this restaurant. On the mains they have a minimum £100 sharing meal which is a vegan steak with a couple of sides, we noticed that the table behind us had a the sharing steak meal which is cooked at your table, this costs £44 less than its vegan counterpart which isn’t cooked in front of you, this implies they are probably paying their staff next to nothing. Starters were tasty but mains are absolutely not worth the money.

A lovely dining experience. Wine advice good following our choices. Whilst on a dinner inclusive package chose to upgrade to a Klima T Bone steak that was in their own dry ager. Starters superb choosing the soup and beef carpaccio. Waiter used a hot stone to cook some chopped garlic and mushrooms while the steak continued to relax. Once ready they then carved and served the steak at the table. We finished with a fruit salad with raspberry sorbet and the trio of cheese, with enough biscuits! We have eaten at The Pasture in Bristol and this was a similar experience in terms of food and price. Would eat here again.

I’m very disappointed in all honesty. The calamari tasted and looked like fried chicken, it had no flavor. For mains I ordered the cod Thai green curry and my partner ordered the titan burger. The curry was awful, no flavor whatsoever even in the cod other than the spice from the chillies. My partner received the vegan moving mountains burger (a vegan burger) despite ordering the titan burger. Then had to wait 20 minutes for them to replace it. We left our food uneaten and no questions whatsoever from staff. Meanwhile they were asking other customers who had empty plates, if they enjoyed their food. In reality they don’t care if you enjoyed your food, they just care about your money.
