Absolutely beautiful meal. Charlotte was an absolute star as our server and was really friendly and welcoming from the very start. The food was beyond our expectations and has made a very special day even more perfect. Would easily recommend to anyone!

We haven't been here in over 15 years due to an awful meal and poor staff attitude. This time the staff were all really friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait for the starters but it was fine we were enjoying a cocktail. The starters were lovely as well. When the main course came though it was a big disappointment for me.the vegan options I chose was chargrilled cauliflower steak which I have never tried out but when it arrived it was a pile of boiled florets of cauliflower and they were cold. Absolutely not worth £18 and it looked like a sad beige afterthought of a meal compared to everyone else's. So I will book elsewhere in future where they put a bit of thought and care into the vegan option. They did offer one proper pudding which was nice. Other than this it was a much better experience than our last visit.

Extremely disappointed. Getting told we have 2 hours before sitting down 20 minutes to take food order 1 hour 25 minutes for food to come (had to chase after watching the table next to us eat mains, dessert and pay) I came last week and the food was amazing. This week it was very poor. Had the same. There was no glaze, the chicken was dry. The chargrilled vegetables weren't chargrilled. Another meal the portion was small. The other meal had to be substituted as didn't have what originally wanted. Staff are friendly to talk to....when you finally find them to ask a question. No one checked if the meal was OK. Currently waiting for plates to be cleared - 10 minutes and counting. I'm shocked over the 2 different experiences in a week.
