Food was OK but massively over priced for what it was. I was asked twice if I had finished when there was clearly food left on my plate. My desert had been microwaved and was a hot mess on my plate absolutely nothing like the picture. They did take it off the bill as I had requested it. Would I eat at another TGI Fridays, probably not. Look at that desert, yes that plate of melted ice cream and flour, water and coco mix was £8.99.. I'm not poor but that was a pixx take.. Really shouts idgaf what the customer gets on his plate, man's gotta go home and sleep. Only for the waitress to try and justify that rubbish on the plate as "that's how it comes" yea right... Looking to eat here. Don't... If your reading this after you eat here then be kind enough to leave a review that really reflects how your experience was.

TGI Friday’s Staines was a total letdown. Starters were bland and barely warm — like they'd been reheated rather than cooked. The service was painfully slow, with long waits and no updates. But the real disaster? The burgers. Completely overcooked, dry, and honestly hard to chew. It felt like no one in the kitchen cared, and it showed. For the price, you’d expect at least edible food and decent service. I won’t be coming back — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time (or their taste buds)

Staff were friendly and joined in the singing celebrations for our 16 year olds birthday. There was a big table of us so food took a little longer but we were fine to chat. Food was hot, and everyone enjoyed Special mention to Sophie, our waitress who looked after us. We went mid week so wasn’t too busy. I know the costs have gone up but i do feel it’s slightly overpriced for what you are getting
