The iconic Shakespeare Globe Theatre needs no introduction, though its flagship restaurant Swan is a lesser-known gem. Get unbeatable views of the city while dining on a delicious Brunch in our modern British restaurant in Bankside.

Low-slung and cosy, the interior here is as inviting as they come and is steeped in history, with beautiful views of St Paul's Cathedral and other landmarks from the window seats.

Inspired by the seasons, our chefs use only the best British ingredients on our menus. Our seafoods come exclusively from UK waters, while our meat is all sourced from Cumbria, supporting family-run Lake District fells and smallholdings. And with English wines, London beers, and cheese from nearby Neal’s Yard Dairy in Borough Market, we’re in love with local on the plate and in your glass.

Swan's weekend brunch is the perfect occasion to celebrate your weekend, with a range of delicious dishes and drinks including mimosas, bloody and virgin Marys and a selection of cold, fresh pressé.

From light and healthy fruit bowls with coconut yoghurt and granola to sweeter, or savoury, pancakes with strawberries, Chantilly cream and maple syrup or bacon and maple syrup, this menu is sure to impress. Or, if you're more of a savoury fan, eggs royale, benedict and florentine never fail to satisfy.

Swan London is conveniently located for you to visit, whether you're a local or you're on a weekend trip to London, with Southwark Underground Station just under five minutes away on foot.

We first came here a year ago, and loved it so much we brought family back today! The scones are my absolute favorite, but my kid loves their butternut squash soup (which is saying a lot because they pick all veggies out of any food). We were pleased to discover their fish cake with hollandaise was equally delicious. I think every time we come to London this will be a regular stop.

We were gifted an afternoon tea for two and decided to come as a family of four. The Pinocchio-themed tea was beautifully presented with warm scones that were absolutely delicious! We stayed for dinner and were equally impressed. Between the corn-fed chicken, mushroom risotto ball and lamb, each dish was thoughtfully prepared and paired with unexpected fruit accents that really elevated the flavours. It was a bold touch but worth trying something new. The view of St Paul's from the riverfront added a scenic charm to the evening and a post-dinner walk along the water made it all the more special!

This is an amazing experience of my London trip. The dining room has a perfect riverside view, which gave us a good chance to have lunch with the best part of London. We ordered one riverside set and one afternoon tea set. Both are fantastic. And the girl Daniele shared lots of information about the food, the restaurant, and the London. Many thanks for her patience and help!
