    Walked into this fine establishment in hopes of having a nice pint and some food. To my surprise unlike other places in Southampton it was perfect. Food was outstanding and bar staff who went above and beyond for me. Kera on the bar was the best of all, Always talking to me and making sure i was all good and asking if i ever needed anything. Desmond on the door, Politest person i have ever met and always feel welcomed when he is on the door.

    I've ordered a sirloin steak to be cooked medium, and the meat was served too much cooked. It took 25 minutes to get ready. Nobody asked me about the food, as usually in most restaurants the waiters ask how is your food. It looks like they didn't have enough staff to manage the amount of customers. Maybe I visited on the wrong day, but I won't come back again.

    Kera gave my partner and I a great selection of Cocktails, gave us what flavours to expect from them and asked us what kind of night we were having. Whether it was chill or clubbing. She directed us to the door staff, specifically Desmond who was able to give us stunning recommendations and directions on where to go.
