Visited here with my partner for breakfast. Was excited as heard good recommendations for here, on first glance at the breakfast buffet bar is how dirty everything was, and some is excusable as it is a help yourself but this was quite excessive. The eggs were swimming in a bath of oil and had gone hard boiled, the hash browns looked like they’d be run through a blender, sausages were lovely as was everything else they had to offer. Plates were unfortunately a bit dirty too which is not acceptable, the refill coffee tasted very cheap also. Was also disappointed there was no Yorkshire puddings as I was curious to try and had to ask for the brown sauce and white bread to be topped up as both were empty and hadn’t been checked in a while. Service was non existent staff members just relaxing on their phones or going out for cigarettes which is ok with me but would have perhaps liked a check up or more care given to the buffet area. All in all it was an ok experience price was fair and it was a very nice atmosphere with nice outside seating. I’ll leave this one up to you

Popped in on a Tuesday for a lunch. Seated straight away. Excellent menu choices, my son and I went for the ultimate roast dinner sandwich. Unfortunately there was only one Yorkshire wrap left, so my son kindly allowed me to have it. He opted for the brioche bun. Was absolutely huge, had to take some home! Obviously we ordered an extra portion of pigs in blankets; my son's favourite. I ordered a non-alcoholic cider and the garnish was impressive. Courtney was a really fab server, friendly and efficient. Would definitely come again if in Lincoln. Would recommend for small or large parties, they have lots of tables and areas.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced, booked a table for 2:30 came in and waited for at least 5 mins to be served, bare in mind multiple staff walked past and the manager was just sat at the corner table doing nothing and didn’t acknowledge us once. Once we were seen and got our food, 2 of the waitresses were slagging off a customer in front of us which I was shocked about. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever ate at, half the staff were either outside in the smoking area chatting or inside chatting the so called manager in the corner doing nothing eating food out of a takeaway container. You could hear the rock music blaring from the kitchen and loads of tables with dirty plates on which weren’t seen to and there was maybe 10 customers in total in there. This place really needs looking into as the relaxed management style is very unprofessional and not a great experience for customers at all.
