Authentic English Breakfast experience. Better you go with reservations because almost all days it will be crowded. Pre paid, self service buffet for breakfast and it’s unlimited. Breakfast counter closes at 11 AM, so plan your visits accordingly.

Arrived a little late due to traffic but still very helpful getting us seated. Warm welcome despite the place being very busy. Food was of a good standard, fairly enjoyable with a good selection of fresh vegetables available. Meal was let down slightly by a table service. We have been forgotten and left without being asked if we would like to order dessert, despite asking for one. We might be back to give it another go though.

We were staying at the Travelodge next door. So used this place as it was so close. The place was busy. But we had booked a table in advance and shown to our table. We ordered drinks which took an absolute age to arrive. I ask the manager if she could get the dirty plates a glasses moved from the dumb waiters that held the condiments. She didn’t see a problem with them being left there only 3 feet from where we were sitting. Not a great sight while your eating. The food was plentiful, but dry bland and tasteless in my opinion. However! We felt sorry for the waitress who did her very best to keep us happy. She was covering the whole section on her own.The management kept a very low profile and staff members still continued to pile dirty plates next to us as seen in photos. Next time we will book a premiere Inn.
