He took the time to explain each dish and made sure that we were comfortable and satisfied throughout the evening. Overall, I cannot recommend Pavyllon enough. We stopped in for lunch at Pavyllon London and had an amazing time at the chefs counter! Chef Benjamin took time to explain dishes to us which really made the experience. The food was outstanding and I would like to go back for dinner service. Some of the servers weren't the warmest would be my only critique. The restaurant wasn't overly concerned with a dress code which was nice. Overall a great experience!
