My husband made a booking for my birthday dinner. We were initially very disappointed with our restaurant booking. It was meant to be my birthday dinner, and I had been really looking forward to trying the beautiful downstairs restaurant… I loved the atmosphere and the spacious setting. However, when we arrived, we were seated in a back room that felt more like a casual bar area , crowded and quite loud which was not what we expected. When I mentioned this to our waiter, he explained that because it was a quiet evening, they had decided to close the main restaurant and only use the back area. I really wish this had been communicated to us when we made the booking, as it was quite a shock and I honestly wanted to leave at that point. Then the manager Emre came over to speak with us. He was incredibly polite, professional, and understanding. He took the time to listen and made us feel valued as guests. Because of his kindness and professionalism, we decided to stay and I’m so glad we did. From start to finish, Emre went above and beyond to make our evening special. The food was amazing, and the wine selection was excellent. Thanks to Emre’s care and attention, what started as a disappointing experience turned into a wonderful night. The restaurant is truly lucky to have someone like him who understands real customer service. Thank you again, Emre we’ll definitely be back!

We came for the Sunday bottomless brunch at Bocconcino in Mayfair and had the best experience! The buffet was incredible such a wide variety of seafood, fresh salads, desserts, Sunday roast, pasta, pizza… truly something for everyone and everything was delicious. Our server, Raphael, was fantastic attentive, friendly, and so quick and efficient with everything. The service really matched the quality of the food. A perfect spot for a Sunday treat, we’ll definitely be back!

The venue was lovely, but the service was disappointing. On my birthday, the waiter placed the cake without any gesture and left, and later I overheard offensive remarks in Italian. As someone who understands several languages, I found this very disrespectful. I share this feedback hoping it helps improve the courtesy and attention that such a place should reflect. Still, I want to sincerely thank the staff members who treated me with respect and kindness (Who took care of the dishes)
