    Been into Toby carvery since the refurbishment, it looks lovely. The service was great. Drinks were brought over quickly, food was lovely. Staff were very polite. We were served by Molly and Charlie. Will definitely be back.

    Great place to eat. Not too bad on price, always have offers and a reward feature for going there. The staff are great and friendly. One of the team leaders Georgie was wonderful and helped us.

    Extremely bad service for kids! Cheif Sam! If I could leave 0 stars I would! I had been going here for years as living local thought we would try a roast as it reopened I took my 18 month old to try her first roast dinner. The meat was dry and the roast potatoes was only about 4 left which was rock hard for a baby to eat! I went back to get mine and ask if I could kindly have some of my food taken off my plate before Sam plated up in place for a sausage for my little girl as I explained she won’t eat any of the roast to be looked at blank! and just a reply if I wanted super size that’s all he seemed to care about upgrading sales! Instead of helping out a mum who wanted to feed her baby! I saw there was mac and cheese I asked for a plate so I could try her with some of this which the reply I got was you have to pay for another plate I explained I don’t want another roast I just wanted to try something different still if I wanted a plate I have to pay for it?!! - literally I just wanted to try her with something that looked edible shocking service from Sam! the girls that was serving that night were lovely I asked for a plate straight away she went into the kitchen and got me one not telling me I have to pay for a plate clearly the cheif Sam is a jobs worth no kindness at all I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and i definitely won’t be returning!! No customer care at all
