You can find all your Breakfast favourites at Mamucium with their Neighbourhood Breakfast. Help yourself to the Breakfast Table which serves locally baked breads, pastries, gluten-free bakes, cereals, fruits & yoghurts and more. 

Mamucium serves a wide range of Breakfast classics. You can choose one dish, accompanied with the continental Breakfast, including a Full English Breakfast, Eggs Royale and Avocado on Sourdough.  Or if you have more of a sweet tooth, indulge in the American Style Pancakes with seasonal berries & maple syrup.

Take your tastebuds on a delectable, culinary journey and indulge in a two or three course Sunday menu at Mamucium. From Seared King Scallops to a Crispy Cumberland Scotch Egg, this menu has a wide variety of starters with a wide range of flavours.

For the main course, enjoy a selection of classic main dishes and a selection of roasts including Treacle-Cured Roast Rump of Beef, Malt Beer Glazed Roasted Chicken Breast and Slow-Cooked Crispy Pork Belly. Al roasts are served with beef dripping roast potatoes, creamed mash potatoes, BBQ tenderstem broccoli, gratinated smoked cauliflower cheese, honey butter glazed carrots, a Yorkshire pudding and a red wine beef gravy.

    Bang average. Whilst the food was top notch and was a solid 9/10, the 2 staff that were on were clearly overwhelmed and not very experienced. Took several minutes to be seated as there were no staff on the shop floor originally with only 3 tables in. Dirty menus, empty salt shakers, glasses with lipstick on served and coffee served without sugar or a teaspoon. Had a discount voucher to use and staff tried to haggle on the discount amount trying not to honour the full amount originally which I found very strange. Music was 00s RnB which didn’t fit in for a Sunday dinner vibe. Both staff were nice but clearly inexperienced. 2 star service with 5 star prices.

    The restaurant and bar are really aesthetically-pleasing. However, that's where the positives stop. Service was really slow and the food was poor. We both ordered sirloin steak and waited almost an hour for it. I asked for medium-rare and you can see how overcooked it was in the pictures.

    Stopped at this hotel many times and always looked forward to having breakfasy at Mamucium. Unfortunately the food quality and service has declined over the last year. No orange juice available, luke warm coffee and watery poached eggs with burnt muffins. The male chef in the kitchen not even in chef whites, just wearing a black puma jumper. Some of waiting staff aren't very attentive and quite pushy for your order as soon as you arrive. I hope these easily rectifiable issues are sorted in the near future before stopping here again.
