One of Manchester’s hottest Brunch spots, Foundry Project have a huge Brunch menu fine-tuned to all cater to all tastes.

Billed as ‘the happiest place in Manchester’, the chilled-out ambience is felt on the moment of arrival, in large part thanks to the attentive staff and impeccable food.

There’s an industrial twist to the décor with repurposed corrugated walls and exposed beams. The interior fuses the best of natural materials – rough wood walls, lush greenery – and contemporary stylings, with burnt orange banquettes lining the walls and comfy leather sofas to park yourself for a good few hours of dining and relaxing.

Turkish Eggs are a delicious breakfast dish which come topped with poached free-range eggs, chilli & semi-dried tomato butter, Greek yogurt, grilled sourdough bread. A hefty portion of Brunch fries are a great side dish and come with crispy bacon, melted cheese, chorizo ketchup and a fried egg, though the house – and Instagram – favourite is the Hangover Pizza, an authentic hand-stretched treat topped with glazed bacon, onion jam and marinated buffalo mozzarella.

Bottomless Brunch at Foundry Project Manchester features a range of classic Breakfast and Brunch dishes including a Full English Breakfast, Pancake Stack, Chicken Caesar Salad and mcuh more! Enjoy any one dish accompanied with Prosecco, Bellinis, Aperol Spritz and a variety of spirits and pints!

We hired the downstairs venue for my partners 30th Birthday, massive thank you to Brad for sorting us out with the venue and a huge shoutout to Dan and Ida who were behind the bar the whole night making sure we were well … hydrated! Couldn’t have asked for a better venue and staff - definitely made the night special!

Food was good. However we was told they was now shut as we was socialising after the meal even though opening times stated they was open for another 3 hours. When questioned we was told that it wasn’t that busy so they’d decided to shut early. We was actually in the middle of a business meeting and was interrupted for this and then had to go elsewhere. This venue was chosen due to opening hours. I would suggest possibly removing your closing times on your site as this was not a great. Everything else was great but the experience around being asked to leave at 9pm when it states 12am is quite silly considering we was sat in there. We would understand if we was just arriving. Was actually quite embarrassing and looked like ill preparation during booking in our behalf to our business meeting members. We had our plates removed no drinks order taken again or desserts offered. We would have been purchasing more had we have been asked. We had also only been in for an hour and half so it’s not as if we had sat for a long time and not purchased anything. We weren’t the only customer in either when we left. This definitely needs evaluation, early shutting despite paying customers in and no follow up orders?

we visited for a bottomless brunch and had the most incredible time! Em-J was the perfect server, incredibly attentive and always made sure we were happy with drinks and food. She really made the brunch so much better.
