Fantastic location, walking distance to many great bars, restaurants, shops and theatres. Gorgeous décor throughout. Bed was very comfy. Loved the bathroom and shower. Quiet hotel, didn't hear other people. We loved the bar upstairs. All the staff at check in, check out and in the bar were super friendly.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by a very noisy air conditioning unit — even when switched off, it continued to make noise throughout the night. Although I was kindly offered an upgrade, the new room had the same issue, which meant I only managed around four hours of sleep — far from ideal before an important client meeting. On a positive note, the food in the restaurant was excellent!

First time experience , stopped only for tea as raining . Service slow and absent , guess as it’s an hotel lobby combined with bar/ restaurant not that busy at certain hours . The place is pretty and cosy and very practical for working on the go as high tables with plug facilities which is Great nowadays. We only had tea and used toilets which unfortunately where very smelly as you need to walk trough a corridor to get there so not really ideal .
