4.02 weeks agoWe chose a platter to share for two, and although the duck was tasty, the portion size is very small and not enough for one. The service was good and because it was early afternoon there was not much of an atmosphere but I would imagine it is a great evening venue. There is ample seating upstairs as well with another bar. The service charge is applied automatically, and you can ask for it to be removed if you want to tip your server personally. I am very much looking forward to visiting again at a more busier time.

4.08 months agoDrinks ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐ On my recent visit, I dropped by for a few drinks with friends. It was a weekday, mid afternoon so it was expectedly quiet. There is background music (R&B, I think) which wasn't too loud to be distracting. So, it was great for a catch up chat with friends. Service was a bit slow though as there were very few staff on duty so sometimes the bar counter was empty and we had to wait for a staff member to turn up to be able to place our drinks order. Other than that, it's quite a nice cosy place, nice decoration, nice layout. Toilets are on the first floor and there is an elevator available. Some areas may not be wheelchair friendly but effort has been put in to make the venue accommodating.

3.05 months agoAbsolutely loved it here. The staff were great, the food was excellent and the cocktails were spot on and 2 for 1. Sat in the sunshine and the whole experience couldn't have been better. The QR ordering has issues and I have paid twice, but hopefully I'll get my first payment back! Ok update today 24.7.24. I've been ringing everyday since visiting this restaurant and for some reason I can't get any response. There's no email address and I haven't had a refund as promised; IVE PAID TWICE! Do not pay by the me&u process at the table because it doesn't work. There's no process to contact Banyan and no way to redress issues you may have. Therefore I've taken 2 stars off.
