This pub is perfectly located for exploring Greenwich. The service was friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious vegetarian Sunday lunch whilst listening to a great singer and watching the sunset. It’s a charming pub full of history. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience!

Trafalgar Tavern is more than just a restaurant — it’s a slice of history right on the River Thames. The food is excellent, especially the sausages with mash — everything was delicious and served quickly. But if you pause and remember that Charles Dickens himself wrote about this place, and you’re sitting in the Nelson Room, it’s easy to forget the hundreds of people around you. The sense of history is so strong, you almost expect to see Dickens at the next table. And yes — it’s one of the few places in London where you can dine directly by the Thames, with the water almost at your feet. A must-visit for both great food and a connection to the past

I think their food are good and authentic. Deco is great and that's the main reason I would like to try this pub. It is a very busy pub with loud customers all the time. I believe you could ask the waiters for quieter areas to enjoy your meals.
