Visited for high tea to celebrate a birthday. The space is iconic and the food were good — but the service and experience didn’t live up to the price or the Tiffany name. No one acknowledged the birthday, the menu wasn’t explained, and as first-time guests not from London, we had to ask basic questions about what was included. A few miscommunications throughout — such as wrong drink served, — just made the whole thing feel disorganised. For the price plus a £1 cover and then asking for a £18 service charge, it felt very underwhelming. It is worth visiting for the setting and ticking off a bucket list, but don’t expect a polished or special experience. That said, we raised our concerns and management ultimately provided a fair resolution, which we appreciated.

Cute little place tucked away in Harrods. Mixed feelings about this place. Firstly, the staff is amazing, very friendly and attentive so top marks for that. The food, hit and miss… we got the set menu whereby you get a fruit salad to start with a cubed croissant, followed by a main (we went for the eggs Benedict served on a potato roti). The fruit salad infused with mint was fantastic! The croissant, doesnt work, its chewy and lacks all the flakiness you would expect from a pastry, so was abit underwhelming. Eggs were great, the roti was slightly dry. So things in the kitchen can definitely be improved!

I visited after receiving a recommendation, and it was simpler than I thought. The signature green tea recommended by the staff in charge had a deep scent and a good flavor. But I was sorry that the rest of the three-tiered trays except for one sandwich didn't suit my taste. It was a very casual atmosphere with a lot of children. I recommend it if you are with your children.
