Built in 1585 by two Spanish brothers, this iconic Grade II listed London pub served as inspiration to the great Charles Dickens and John Keats.

This charming pub is the perfect setting for effortless indulgence. The menus feature delectably seasonal dishes, freshly prepared each day

Enjoy a lazy brunch after a morning spent exploring Kenwood House or a dip in the swimming ponds on the heath. Their sumptuous Sunday roast is infamous, complete with plump Yorkshire puddings, ruffled thyme-roasted potatoes, roasted root vegetables and rich gravy, guaranteed to make your weekend. The exceptional range of cask ales, craft beers, fine wines and artisan spirits pair beautifully with the stunning food menu.

The Spaniards Inn is perched on the edge of Hampstead Heath and well-connected to the rest of London by bus and tube

The Spaniard Inn is to experience a very delicate British experience and cuisine. My friends and I could not be happier with our orders after our long walk through the Hamstead Heath. I really recommend it going for a nice walk on a Sunday and have a reservation at Spaniard inn. This is a very nice British Sunday Roast experience. Just make sure you reserve a table in advance!

Booked for Christmas Day dinner with my mum and her husband, my first Christmas in London with them so I wanted something special to make it worth them coming to stay. I was a bit unsure what to expect as we have only ever eaten out on Christmas Day once before, but we had a great experience. We had a variety of dishes between the three of us and enjoyed everything we ate. Service was great, we were updated regularly but unobtrusively and the vibe was warm. Thank you for a lovely Christmas.

The food and wine were excellent. We had the wild boar bangers and mash, duck salad and a really lovely Fleurie. Our server was also lovely- he was very kind and personable and made good suggestions. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Such a charming, historic building. This was our second visit. Our first we could not get a booking inside but were able to sit outside— which is also nice— lots of space and heaters for when it’s chilly.
