The Montague is a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Bloomsbury with a stunning Breakfast menu and new Unlimited Brunch Experience.

Breakfast is served daily in The Blue Door Bistro. The elegant setting exudes a classic London charm, with mahogany panelling and mirrored glass, bright and airy space to begin your day. Executive Chef Martin Halls ensures that only the finest locally sourced ingredients are used to create sublime breakfast dishes.

Both continental and traditional English breakfasts can be supplemented with grilled kippers, eggs Benedict, American pancakes, waffles, and smoked salmon. Delicious vegan and gluten-free options include our ‘build your own porridge’, made with milk or water and topped with your choice of fruits, berries, nuts, and seeds. Add a glass of Champagne for an indulgent morning ritual.

On Sundays, enjoy an Unlimited Brunch Experience available from the 19th January 2025. Pick a Brunch dish from the classic egg benedict or avocado on toast to decadent options such as steak and eggs or Belgium waffle, and enjoy free flowing Prosecco for 90 minutes.

The prime Bloomsbury location puts you just minutes from the British museum and London's literary centre, with close access to Holborn and Russell Square Station.

I feel compelled to write about my amazing experience at the Montague on the Gardens. Back story, I worked in hotels as a front office manager and bellman/valet while going to college, so I know the hospitality industry first hand. I have traveled extensively and I can say that my wife and I have never had a nicer experience at any hotel. The entire crew from the doormen to the maids and everyone in between were absolutely friendly and very accommodating. The food was wonderful and we actually had scones and tea (very English) complimentary from the hotel. My only complaint, and be it a minor one, was that the room was a bit on the small side. It was only a 30 minute walk from the London Eye within walking distance from many nice eateries.

I stayed here for a week and couldn't have been happier. The service was possibly the best I've seen out of all the hotels I've stayed at. The staff accommodated my requests immediately and kindly, and had a lot of knowledge about London to help me navigate. The hotel's in a great location, as it's in a very safe and nice part of central London that is next to multiple modes of transportation, tons of delicious restaurants, and the British Museum. The rooms are small, but they have everything that you would need during a short or mid-length stay. I highly recommend staying here if you are new to London and not sure where to go!

We stayed at the Montague on the Gardens for 4 nights on our trip to London last month. It is a beautiful, classic and historic hotel with exceptional customer service. The location is unbeatable, very walkable and right across from the British Museum. Will stay again next time I am in London.
