What a wonderful find. So close to the British Museum, plus many breakfast and lunch cafes nearby. Excellent location with an easy walk to buses and tube (from here we went to Oxford one day and Harry Potter another). The room for 3 of us was cute and enough room - we really only slept here and took a short rest one afternoon. The bathroom was great, it was quiet, warm and beds comfortable. Staff were super helpful and friendly too.

The staff went above and beyond to help and make sure you felt comfortable and had everything you needed during your stay. The hotel itself was beautiful with a lot of charm and in a great location. It felt like it was in a quiet area, yet, was walkable to many of the main sights and attractions of London. There were many shops, restaurants, and cafes only a few blocks away. I would highly recommend staying here!

The stand out for our stay was the staff and service. We're not used to being treated like VIPs. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always eager to help and very friendly. Great location, quiet and peaceful. We walked from Buckingham palace back to the hotel in around 45 minutes. We very much appreciated the welcome when we arrived after 24 hours of flying, and a nice relaxing hot bath. A big thankyou to all of the staff.
