Great atmosphere. I did request for a window table but they were full although I booked in advance. The service was so slow. It took me forever to get the attention of the server to order my food as well. Food was just good, not great for the price was hoping something better. The chicken and veg roast were great. The beef one I think they precook all the beef cause they did not ask how we want it cooked. The fries although have a very subtle hint of truffle are hung which means there are barely 8 pieces of fries which is not great for sharing. When trying to order the dessert they were all out of the 2 things we wanted. Not happy with that. All in all, the vibe is nice.

The 1st time I went there the food was good but the service was bad. They promptly followed up and apologized. Maybe they had a bad day? So I went back the next day for lunch and I had a great experience. The watermelon fizz doesn't have too much alchohol & is refreshing. The butternut squash flatbread is amazing: crispy thin dough. & the real show stopper: the carpaccio. One of the best I've had. Sunday roast and chicken salad were good.

Mainly an afterwork drinks jaunt. The fish and chips are done right with excellent not-completely-mush mushy peas. The burger is on the pricey side but the chips are good. The grilled broccoli was al dente, and the cabbage super creamy. Price reported is without appetiser or dessert amongst mainly teetotallers.
