    I had a wonderful experience at The Ivy Café Blackheath, and a big part of that was thanks to Inma. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Her friendly demeanor made us feel so welcome, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It's rare to find someone who brings such genuine energy and care to their service — Inma truly made our meal special. We’ll definitely be returning, and we hope to be looked after by her again! I visit this Branch quite regularly and the staff are all amazing and I’ve never had a negative experience so I would definitely recommend.

    So I had the pleasure of joining my work colleagues here for our traditional Christmas dinner. While I wasn't expecting much, it turned out to be a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience even for a group of six! The atmosphere, even though traditional, was very relaxing and our host was cheerful and friendly. The service was well paced. The food was from a Christmas 3 course set menu that did have a good range and we all found something on it that we liked. I had the steak which was delicious but would have been better if it came with a sauce of some sort. Having said that, there were only empty plates left in the end! A little pricey but we all had such a pleasurable and memorable experience and the service was top-notch. Pleased to say I will be returning to this one with the family in the not too distant future!

    Such a fantastic location for a delicious meal. As always the team is incredibly welcoming and friendly. We always have a great experience here. Would love to see more on the brunch menu though!!
