When hosting visiting guests, it is always a pleasure to bring them to the Founder’s arms, a charming riverside spot that boasts one of the most breathtaking views in the city. Nestled along the riverbank, this establishment offers a serene and picturesque setting, making it one of my favorite corners of the city. The ambiance is sometimes too busy and full of people, but is inviting in other days. Perfectly suited for enjoying a drink or an aperitivo while taking in the stunning panorama. Whether seated indoors or outside, the experience is enhanced by the tranquil flow of the river and the vibrant energy of the surroundings. While the prices are on the higher side, they are understandable given the prime location and the exceptional view. It is a worthwhile indulgence, especially for those special moments when you want to treat yourself or impress your guests. In summary, the place is an ideal destination for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting. Its combination of a serene atmosphere, friendly service, and unparalleled views makes it a must-visit spot, particularly for those seeking a memorable experience by the river.

Had lunch there. I had the bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was thick and well-cooked. My friend had the fish and chips. Both are definitely delicious. We had such friendly table service and were recommended the burger and fish and chips as the big sellers. Also told that everything else was good as well. Such a light and airy pub with a fantastic view across the river to St. Paul’s. And there is outdoor seating as well. Definitely recommend.

Okay. I can't say enough. Excellent view, great food. But, the service was above and beyond. Considering I had no idea what to have, Lou Lou gave excellent suggestions on the drinks and the menu, which were even better than she said. Go here, enjoy London's water view, eat excellent fish n chips with peas and be thankful for the amazing life we all get to lead. Happy 2025 🎉
