The Flask pub is a beautiful Victorian treasure that's become a modern example of the traditional London pub. Welcoming a diverse range of customers from post-work drinkers to those dining out, it's the ideal setting for ultimate relaxation and indulgence.

The Flask has a stunning decor that is rich in history, with a typical and well-restored wooden bar and antique pictures, while the conservatory is the perfect sun trap that gives The Flask a bright and airy feel. There are plenty of places to sit, with a choice of bar stools and cosy booths that create a friendly and sociable ambience that The Flask is famous for.

The menus feature British pub classics alongside the very best seasonal produce, and the dishes are prepared with skill and care to make you feel like royalty. On a Sunday, The Flask serve indulgent roasts, with options such as Hertfordshire half chicken, West Country beef rump or parsnip & walnut nut roast as a vegan option. The roasts sit alongside plenty of other mains for those in the mood for something different, as well as an array of decadent starters and desserts.

Nestled in Hampstead, The Flask is just a stone's throw from Hampstead Underground Station and a short walk from Hampstead Heath.

Service was good. We had the special 3 course traditional Christmas lunch with main being turkey, pigs in blankets, leg ham, yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, brussels sprouts, carrots and parsnips. It was a huge meal. Would have preferred to pay less and have less of the main meal as we had to take half of each main meal home in a takeaway box, but it shows how generous the servings were. Also highly recommend ordering a lemon, lime and bitters drink. 🥤

As roasts in London go I would rate this 5/10. The beef was overdone and the double top Yorkshire pudding was a bit dry. Believe there was a potato shortage and the sauce on the side was extra charge. Still very nice location. Very good Bloody Mary. Still in search of the best Bloody Mary but this one was alright.

Lovely hidden pub round the corner from the underground. Very oldie and atmospheric. Service was ok wouldn't say very attentive as we had to get our own menus for desert but the food was delicious! Fish and chips with a side of tarta sause and curry sause made it. My partner had the burger and was also divine. The toilets desperately need more attention as they were pretty grim but all in all was a nice evening.
