The Dickens Inn is a gorgeous pub nestled in St Katherine Dock by the River Thames, with two lovely beer gardens, and picturesque interiors.

The Dickens Inn has a long and intriguing history intertwined with Charles Dickens and East London heritage. Decorated with antique furniture and an airy decor, The Dickens Inn focuses on friendly service and English pub traditions. Embracing the natural beauty of St Katherine Docks, The Grill proudly serves classic British dishes with a seasonal focus. Offering a range of delicious pub grub, speciality steaks, Sunday roasts and delicious fresh fish, there is something for everyone on the menu.

In the heart of St Katherine Docks, The Dickens Inn is situated near the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, just a short walk from Tower Hill Underground Station.

Great pub and in quite possibly the most picturesque location in London! We came early January for lunch and were not disappointed. The service was quick and attentive. Slightly annoyed as they had a fryer broken so we couldn't order the "Scotch egg" or the "cauliflower wings," and after some back and fourth, the starters we had instead were very nice. For mains, we all enjoyed our food, the chicken schnitzel was great, fish was slightly overcooked but all was eaten. Beer on the taps needed more gas, according to my wife, who used to work in a pub, so the 4 pints we had were ok bit flat but drinkable, we did get them changed but was still the same result. Overall, we would come back, the food was fresh, tasty, and the location is spot on!

Went for my work christmas lunch here. There were about thirty of us split over two long tables. On entry there was a nicely decorated pub with Christmas lights. They serve a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. We then went upstairs and ate, food came out quickly and was tasty. I enjoyed the food I had. My colleagues also agreed. Service was friendly and quick. Later we all went downstairs and they had a two piece band on who were brilliant. Atmosphere was really good and we all ended up dancing.

Lovely quirky pub with plenty of seating. It's in a lovely area by the water. The Christmas decor was really nice. The food was very nice, with plenty of choice of food and drinks. I'd definitely recommend a visit here and I hope to be back
