I have been lucky enough to spend two nights in this beautiful Hotel. It is quintessentially British. My room was lovely and completed with thoughtful touches, including fresh fruits and chocolate. The bed was divinely comfortable, the room quiet. The staff were incredibly attentive. Finally, it's conveniently located -60 second walk to Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube.

After several years of being a very happy guest at The Capital Hotel, my mother (88) is now unable to come to London to stay over for her monthly visits. I know, however, that she would want me to extend her warmest thanks to all those working at The Capital for making her stays so special and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and even recently when she left her walking stick behind, Paulo kindly posted it back to her. All of her family are most grateful that The Capital looked after her so well - she will be back but just for lunches!

للاسف فيه شخص اسمه رونالد كان تعامله جدآ سيء وعنصري وكان تصرفه وقح I booked with you for a week and the staff were great with me and on the day I left and went to the airport I forgot my passport at the reception so my flight was postponed then the reception told me we will provide you with a room to rest in and I told them no need now I will see the nearest flight and I found the next morning and the reception told me you can sit in the lobby and I said okay but now I will go out shopping or coffee shop or to my friends and at 10 pm I returned to the hotel and found Ronald and his treatment was harsh and I told him I want to activate my card to enter the lobby and he said to me what is your room number and I told him and explained to him that my reservation was over I just want to sit in the lobby he told me you have to book a room for a larger amount than my reservation before then I said thank you and he told me you can sit in the mini bar and order something then I agreed to sit there and ordered tea then the waiter spoke to me and said how long will you stay here I told him jokingly I don't know maybe until the morning then he left and suddenly Ronald came to me and said to me if you have a drink Tea go out or I will call the police after what he said. I paid for the tea that I did not drink and asked for the luggage and went out.
