3.05 months agoThe food was alright, the coffee was nice for London coffee. The food flavour wise was alright, wasn’t anything special but solidly did the job. The service was good as well but when the food came out it was lukewarm at best, which is fine but I do wish it was piping hot. In addition, we ordered 2 meals and some french toast dips but the server had mistakenly put them on a different table. We had to ask the servers twice before they were eventually served to us. As I said, overall the food was alright but I’m not sure if I’d go again given the price of everything.

3.02 months agoAt lunch time, this is a good option for having a quick bite or a sandwich. The place is spacious and the vibe is quiet. The day we went there was only one waiter, that was very nice, but our food took around 20 min to arrive, we were not rushing but definitely not the best if in a hurry. The sandwich was good and it has good blend of ingredients, although it was a bit greasy.

4.06 months agoI have never understood calling a place a “cafe”, that just sells coffee and croissants. When did the British become so cosmopolitan? it’s like having a horse just to walk it around……boring!!! So it was refreshing today, when I stumbled upon The Breakfast Club. It literally took me to the old style, Sir Alan Sugar days of “You’re fired” -where they used to go to the cafe and have a decent breakfast and not just “croissants”!! We had a delicious breakfast with a wonderfully brewed mocha and I loved everything from the poached eggs to the house potatoes and the service was phenomenal. They are pet friendly, they serve breakfast all day, the toilets are clean and I would try the fluffy pancakes when you go.
