5.0a week agoOne of the best place to eat in London tbh… the sunday roast was great, taco was amazing, open kitchen concept which is very entertaining, and so many different promotion and wide range of menu… definitely my top 3 restaurants to recommend in London

5.03 months agoBeen coming here for a number of years and honestly it never let's down. Temper... a steakhouse you can trust...except its not just a steakhouse and everything is delicious. I always order the ribeye steak, it has never not been cooked to perfection. The softball crab tacos are also always ordered but this time I discovered a new favourite-pork belly tacos. Order it and thank me later. Special thanks to Gabi and Jack for warm service and good food. See you again soon.

3.06 months agoTasty Tacos, Tiny Portions, and Temper-amental Prices My recent visit to Temper was a mixed bag. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a lovely layout and inviting lighting. We were initially overlooked, but once we moved closer to the other entrance, a senior waitress promptly greeted us. The tacos were our main reason for visiting, but at £14 for two portions, the size was shockingly small. Picture this: tacos smaller than your hand! While the prawn and steak frites tacos were incredibly delicious, the initial disappointment lingered. The fries were also excellent. Having already spent £40 and still hungry, I decided to try the taco platter. Thankfully, an in-passing waitress informed us about Taco Tuesday, bringing the price down from £30 to £15 – a saving grace and a testament to good customer service. However, the platter tacos (cheeseburger, goats cheese, and burnt ends) were a letdown. They lacked authenticity and the goats cheese was simply unpleasant. I appreciate culinary creativity, but these missed the mark. Overall, Temper offers tasty food, but the portions are small and the prices are high. The prawn tacos were a standout, but the overall experience was dampened by the size and cost. The service was efficient but lacked warmth – a common issue with "transactional" British customer service. While I was tempted to try their steaks, the taco experience has unfortunately discouraged me from returning
