The ambiance is really nice here. There was live musician, a violinist that was playing music which can be heard throughout the whole space. We had come here on a Saturday to have oysters and drinks. They had a selection of cocktails and they had an offer of two drinks for £12. The offer on the menu was written as if it would continue till midnight but the offer actually stopped at 23:00. My friends enjoyed their drinks and there were lots of people there enjoying the music and dancing. You need to order your drinks from the bar and I think you can also come here for food as well, as there were other people on the side having dinner. So their bar/drinking section is separated from their dining area. Overall, a very nice place, great decorations, good music, lovely atmosphere and good drinks.

OMG the bottomless roast at Smith's was amazing, really tasty and the portions were huge! Yesterday was soft launch so 50% discount, absolute bargain. Knocked one star off as wasn't a cloakroom or somewhere to hang my huge coat, and they were a little understaffed that getting the bottomless drinks topped up was a bit slow.

This experience was so bad that the manager didn't charge my friend and I for our meal. I got there at 4pm on a Sunday, for their bottomless Sunday brunch and no one spoke to me for over 25 minutes (I had to get up and speak to someone). At that point, the manager didn't seem to understand my frustration of neglect. We ended up leaving after 8.20pm due to the slow and painful service. We waited a minimum of 20 minutes between courses, which should have never been the case. Our mains were cold and had no flavour. I wouldn't be back here in a hurry. More staff is needed and the staff need to be trained on how to be more vigilant.
