My shih tzu had an amazing time in this cafe, and so did we! Which makes this place so special is that there is a menu for the dogs, I ordered the beef steak for my dog and as you can see he pulled out all the tricks with excitement to eat his meal, he devoured his food with such delight to be involved in the experience. There is a small interactive play area at the back of the restaurant which includes a ball pit and a mini obstacle course, which my dog master by the end of his time here. As for humans, there are a variety of food options, from brunch, to burgers and surprisingly Malaysian dishes. We had the Nasi Lemak and Buttermilk Chicken, with the mocktails London Calling and Passion Paradise, which was all amazing and very tasty. The staff are super lovely and friendly with the dogs coming in, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend coming here for a doggy day out

Visited this dog café today and had such a lovely experience! The staff were super friendly, caring, and clearly very good with dogs — you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. They handled everything with calm and competence, whether it was helping guests or interacting with the dogs. The food was great too — both for humans and pups! It’s always heartwarming to see owners and their dogs enjoying their own meals side by side in such a welcoming space. One highlight was seeing someone host a birthday party for their dog there — the whole café joined in singing the birthday song, which was incredibly sweet and wholesome. The decorations also made for really nice photo spots with your furry friend. All in all, such a warm, happy space — definitely worth a visit if you’re a dog lover!

Pawsitive Café – The illusion of dog-friendliness, without the knowledge or respect We drove an hour and a half specifically to visit this café, widely praised as a haven for dogs and their humans. While the branding is appealing, the reality is frankly disappointing. Upon arrival, it was us with our dog, another customer with theirs, and the owner’s dog, kept behind the counter. The latter barked constantly, unprovoked, creating a tense and chaotic atmosphere from the outset. Staff seemed completely unfazed by the disruption. Once the other customer had left, the owner casually blamed their dog for the “commotion” and, in an odd attempt to prove his point, brought out his own dog. What followed? Immediate growling and barking directed at our dog, who was silent, still and lying quietly at our feet. Not quite the demonstration he was hoping for. Things went further downhill when a young woman – clearly a friend of the staff, but not a paying customer – entered with her puppy. While her dog was allowed to roam freely, we were asked to re-leash ours. Hard to see the logic in that, in a place supposedly designed to welcome all dogs equally. As for the food: • For humans: tiny portions, excessively greasy, and completely forgettable. • For dogs: six minuscule meatballs, barely larger than cereal, at an absurd price — and containing tomato, which is toxic to dogs. No apology. No compensation. Just disorganisation, noise, and a complete lack of canine knowledge. The final bill? £50 for two half-burgers, six tiny meatballs, a Fanta and a small sparkling water. Completely unjustified. Pawsitive Café is the perfect example of a well-branded venue hiding a serious lack of professionalism. Not truly dog-friendly, not welcoming, and certainly not competent. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
