    It’s a beautiful restaurant, amazing interior design. I understand the prices are high as they are using top quality cuts of meat and other products. Unfortunately,The service lets down this place. 3 people at the reception, all with attitude, not friendly at all. After having a nearly £400 bill, not even one of them asked how was our evening when we left. Not once did a waiter come over to our table to check on us, or ask if we’d like another drink, I doubt they were understaffed as there were about 20 staff members walking around feeling important. When you pay this kind of money for dining out, you’d expect a matching good service to come with it.

    Nova Park Royal hosted My Mother’s 60th Surprise Birthday Party on 27th December 2024.The entire experience from beginning to end has been amazing!The whole team from front of house to behind the scenes looked after every single one of us with loving kindness. With exceptional service.Good food ,drinks flowing and an amazing upbeat joyous atmosphere. I truly recommend visiting Nova as the experience has filled all 50 guests with a beautiful magic memory moment ,and for that I am eternally grateful. All the best to everyone at Nova Park Royal.
