Notes Kings Cross is a vibrant cafe offering speciality coffee, craft beers, cocktails and an extensive all-day Brunch menu.

By day, Notes is a relaxed cafe setting, offering high grade coffee sourced directly from farmers and roasted in their London based roastery. The speciality coffee is best enjoyed alongside their Brunch menu for a caffeinated pick-me-up.

The Brunch menu features a wide array of options, from healthy granola bowls to devilled mushrooms on sourdough or jalapeno cornbread. There are also plenty of juices and smoothies to complement the extensive menu.

In the evening, Notes dim the lights and serve a selection of craft beers, inventive cocktails and plenty of small plates and sharing boards to see you into the night.

Located in the heart of the Pancras Square development, Notes Kings Cross is situated between Kings Cross and St Pancras stations.

I love the Notes in NW8 but this one was a bit of a disappointment. The waiters were so unfriendly and the tables were not cleared away quickly enough. There are no table mats or anything to give you the idea that it is clean. The toilets were also a mess. The tea was served cold and the cup was dirty. We only came for hot drinks but the food being served at the other tables did look nice.

Was passing through Kings Cross and stopped in for lunch. We ordered: - super breakfast - Reuben’s sandwich - Orange juice (this small drink cost £4.80) - espresso - hot chocolate The food was okay. The super breakfast - everything was separate so I had to assemble it, which meant it was cold by the time I finished doing that. (See picture) Service was friendly but a bit slow.

Called off twice on my trip to London yesterday as it's handy for Kings X station. Coffee, pastries, beans on toast and poached eggs in the morning. Small plates at tea - hummus, falafel and really gorgeous roast potatoes. All well presented and tasty. Helpful and accommodating staff who found us space to sit inside in their small cafe. Yes it's on the pricey side but it's London
