Exceptional afternoon tea service, with a fantastic selection of teas. The service is impeccable and the decor is exquisite. Worth a trip to this area of London in its own right. You will not be disappointed. This is one of the best afternoon teas I've ever had, a modern twist and Japanese-inspired menu. There is a lot of attention to detail by the staff and everything is made fresh to order. We will definitely be back for more.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We got the 6 course tasting menu with wine rather than sake. Service was perfect and the dishes were surprising. The dessert was phenomenal and a true stand out.

How does this place not have Michellin stars? Go here before it does because I'm sure it will get them! We came here for dinner for a tasting menu paired with sake wines. I've never really explored much of sake before, I tried it a few times here or there, but this place blew my mind. Im now a sake fan and would have it over wine with my meals anytime! Every pairing was unique and interesting. I really enjoyed how every glass was described and it added so much to the overall experience. Just wow! Onto the food. Starting with the famous milk bread! I really enjoyed it, it's sort of like a sweet brioche with flakes of salt and amazing butters - melts in your mouth. The mackerel and the beetroot were my favorites. Every dish had something interesting to offer, something that was a bit mysterious, new, untried before. The beetroot combo is so well known but at the same time it was new.. It was incredibly fresh, and vibrant. Such simple overlooked ingredients but put together so well. The squid was so creative! It's served as a little ramen dish, but once you eat your first mouthful, the peanuts come through and for me it reminded a pad thai. It was jus levels on levels.. The chicken dish was lovely and I would have it any day, the way that the breast was cooked - so juicy and soft - blew my mind. I've never had a chicken breast this good and it changed my mind on how good chicken breast can be. Though it didn't feel very "fusiony" and screamed "chicken dinner" (best I ever had). I think perhaps its purpose is to fill you up. In hindsight I think I would have preferred something more daring and interesting even if it was a smaller portion. Overall an absolute wow experience, really recommend, I hope you make it all the way to the top!
