JOIA is the first London restaurant by award-winning two Michelin-starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa. Inspired by Henrique's culinary heritage and travels across the Portuguese Iberian Peninsula, it's the perfect destination to finish the weekend on a high with JOIA's Sunday Lunch menu.

The interior of JOIA is inspired by the iconic art deco style of Battersea Power Station, where the design amalgates classic elements with contemporary sophistication. The restaurant's ambience is bathed in natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, with views overlooking the iconic Power Station, harmonizing with a soft palette of pinks and greens that permeate the space.

JOIA has a Portuguese inspired menu offering a delicious selection of petiscos and tapas. The Sunday menu features pan con tomate, padron peppers, grilled leeks and Iberico croquetas, followed by a choice of mains and desserts for just £55pp. Every Sunday, guest musicians span across genres - from acoustic guitarists to jazz trios, this is a Sunday Lunch experience that is not to be missed.

The restaurant is located on the 15th floor of art'otel Battersea Power Station, directly the Power Station and a 3-minute walk from Battersea Power Station tube.

Magnificent service and food. The views are mesmerising. The chef and floor manager(both Cristian) were really friendly. Will come back for sure!

After visiting several other popular afternoon tea venues throughout London over the years, I thought of giving this weekend afternoon tea a go. Really surprised at how good this place was. The flavours in the sandwiches and patisseries were really detailed and well matched, the menu descriptions don't do it justice, and the scones were served fresh, light and warm. Not to mention the great views overlooking Battersea, the River Thames and beyond. My only minor criticism was that the music was a little too loud to enjoy conversation, however we were sat right next to a speaker, and also that something this good, is only served of a weekend. Definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be returning.

Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. The food and service are amazing here. Their beef is the most delicious one I've ever eaten in the UK. They also offered me a small Brownie cake for my birthday. Will visit again in the future💖
