Flesh & Buns lives up to its name - fluffy steamed bao buns in an authentic Japanese eatery.

Oxford Circus was the birthplace of the bountiful London Sunday brunch. Flesh & Buns are here to show you a great time, so they’ll keep your glass full of free flowing booze for two hours alongside a mouthwatering menu of small plates, flesh and buns – all rounded off with something sweet. Perfect for large groups and cosy pairs.

The 3 course Sunday Brunch at Flesh & Buns has already become something of an institution. A cocktail on arrival is followed by a plethora of small dishes, with choices ranging from Korean fried wings and chicken yakitori, or a mixed sashimi set and softshell crab, depending on which menu you choose.

The titular Flesh and Buns serve as the main course- fluffy bao buns served with the likes of a crispy piglet belly with mustard miso.

Served every Sunday from 12pm-4pm for up to 8 people. Small sharing plates served to the table, one flesh per person and desserts served to the table. Please note that the entire table must choose the same menu. Free flowing prosecco, red wine, white wine.

Flesh & Buns deserves high praise—fantastic food, attentive service, and a vibrant atmosphere throughout. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Our server really was a dlight and so helpful with the kids and the menu. This made our evening. The toilets have great artwork! Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Went to Flesh & Buns Oxford Circus last week with friends and we were so impressed! The restaurant is spacious in modern Japanese decor. We loved the fried squid which orders it twice! The sushi and unlimited bus were soft, warm and perfect for sharing. We finished meal with Shoyu Basque cheesecake it was the best I ever tasted. Big thank you to Lori, who gave us brilliant from start to finish friendly made the experience even better.

My friend celebrated her birthday and she was very late. We were 18 people. The staff were amazing, Abra made sure we were never thirsty, the food was super tasty and honestly very much value for money. We had the brunch and they were sweet enough to extend it to when birthday girl arrived. I will come back for whenever I want a bottomless brunch. Because the service was on point. Nothing to complain about.
