Really nice atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff and good cocktails in a basement in Covent garden, London! We came in a happy hour on monday before 8pm and cocktails were 7 pounds each. Toilets looks really nice and works ok. Bartenders knows how to do proper drinks and you don't have to worry about getting a good or bad drink. 😋 Go and drink here!

I’ve been to Dirty Martini on numerous occasions and have always had a great time. The food has been plentiful, the atmosphere on point, and the staff consistently attentive and friendly. However, on this occasion at the Covent Garden location, my experience fell short. We were there for a friend’s milestone birthday, and the service, though decent and attentive, couldn’t make up for the delays in the kitchen. The food took over an hour to arrive, and when it finally came, it wasn’t worth the wait. To their credit, the staff handled it well and didn’t charge us for the additional food we had to order, but it’s disappointing that the food quality and timing weren’t up to the usual standards. Dirty Martini is such a great place for a bottomless brunch or drinks, and it’s a shame to see standards slipping when it comes to the food—especially when both food and drink are key to the experience. Sadly, this visit didn’t live up to expectations, and I’d rate it a 2 out of 5 based on this occasion.

We came for a bottomless brunch for my best friend’s birthday. When we arrived, we were met with nothing but coldness and funny looks after having to stand awkwardly waiting to be seated for a while. Their booking system was chaotic, the bookings were written down on folded bits of paper they carried around (so if any changes were made online they wouldn’t know). We got given a table and a glass of prosecco for the bottomless brunch. When we then asked for another drink, the girl serving us asked if we had ID… while we were already halfway through the prosecco… As more parties arrived, it was obvious nobody who worked there knew what was going on, very unorganised and unprofessional. They were rudely asking people sat on tables with drinks to move or to stand up so they could take their chairs. We noticed two older ladies having to stand after having their chairs taken away, and then their table 10 minutes later, so we invited them to stand over with us. The staff were rude, cold, and extremely unprofessional. A smile costs nothing and really does make or break the experience, it seemed we were all an inconvenience to them. I have never witnessed customer service as shocking as that, the eyerolling, the sniggering after “apologising” for various mess ups, the coming up and unprofessionally gossiping and asking what the other customers who were also unhappy were saying about them - felt very mean girls vibe. The venue is tiny and dark and smells musty. The food was meh. The service was appalling. Save your money and go somewhere where a smile isn’t a backbreaking task.
