Perched atop the 36th floor of Sky Garden, Darwin Brasserie serve modern British classics.

The newly constructed Sky Garden contains three beautifully landscaped public gardens and is now host to Darwin Brasserie, a contemporary and elegant restaurant with stunning views of the cityscape.

A sweeping bar wraps around the modern furnishings, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a breath-taking view. Its understated charm makes it the perfect hangout spot for a lavish Brunch, though it retains the high-quality feel of a fine-dining restaurant with sparkling glassware, a muted colour palette and welcoming staff.

Breakfast at Darwin Brasserie is a luxurious experience. Start off with a smoothie or juice and something for the table - from a muffin basket to charcuterie and cheese. With signature Breakfast classics or a variety of eggs, guests can also opt for something sweet such as a buttermilk pancake stack with caramelised banana, nutella and roasted hazenuts. Why not treat yourself to a cocktail with Breakfast for an extra special experience.

The Weekend Brunch menu offers a choice of main courses, including roast sirloin of Hereford beef and Yorkshire pudding, or gorgonzola gnocchi with walnuts and pear. With a range of starters and desserts to choose from, and an extensive wine list, this is a truly indulgent experience.

Sky Garden is close to Monument Station and easily accessible due to its central location, though the Thames is a short walk away for a post-Brunch stroll before you leave.

Darwin Brasserie is an experience that goes far beyond just a meal — it’s where stunning views, excellent food, and a touch of elegance all come together. Perched high up in the Sky Garden, the restaurant offers breathtaking panoramic views of London’s skyline — it’s hard to beat the atmosphere, especially during sunset. The menu is thoughtfully curated with a great mix of British and contemporary dishes. I tried [insert dishes you had — e.g., the ribeye steak and the seabass], and both were cooked to perfection with incredible flavor and presentation. The ingredients tasted fresh and seasonal. Service was smooth and professional — staff were attentive, polite, and made sure we were well taken care of without being intrusive. From the moment we were seated to dessert, everything felt effortless and refined. It’s a fantastic spot for a romantic evening, a celebration, or simply to treat yourself. Definitely worth arriving a bit early or staying after to walk around the Sky Garden and soak in the views. If you’re looking for a special dining experience in London — Darwin Brasserie delivers in every way.

We had breakfast here and the food was very good. The wait staff (Oksana) was very kind and attentive. She always smiled was very patient with all of our questions. She refilled coffee and water multiple times. I had the Nordic smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and rye toast. My wife had the pancakes with the berry compote topped with clotted cream. I would recommend going with a small part of 2 or 3. We had a party of six and had a table near the middle. The tables with the best views were on the periphery and appear to be two seaters. The views from Sky Garden are amazing and worth making a reservation at Darwin Brasserie. The fact the food was good too is a bonus.

Our server Halim was very friendly and attentive and made us feel really welcome, as well as delivering fast and quality service. The food was lovely, but wouldn’t quite rate it 5 star as it didn’t quite live up to the prices. The same applies to the drinks. I ordered a pink cloud cocktail - it was really nice but it was only half a champagne flute full and it cost £20. I suppose you’re paying for the views and the ambience really, so in that way, it was definitely worth it, and overall a really enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend booking a window seat though as this is what made the experience worth it.
