From the moment we walked in, the restaurant impressed us with its beautiful and cozy atmosphere. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile—it really made the experience feel extra kind and inviting. Now, the food? Absolutely excellent. The highlight for me was the onion soup—rich, flavorful, and surprisingly a hit with my son who usually avoids onions. He finished the whole bowl, onions and all! That alone says a lot. The steak was another standout—perfectly cooked, super tender, and juicy. Every bite was a treat. Overall, both the service and food were top-notch. We had a wonderful time and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

My wife and I had an exceptional dining experience at Côte Soho that deserves all the praise! The vibrant yet cozy atmosphere set the perfect tone for our evening. I savored the steak frites, cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, tender, and exactly to my liking, with crispy frites that were simply divine. My wife, who is gluten-free, enjoyed the smoked baked hake, which was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The staff’s attentiveness truly elevated our visit; our waitress was a gem, kindly rushing our order to ensure we made our theatre show on time without feeling hurried. She also went above and beyond to accommodate my wife’s gluten-free needs, offering clear guidance and ensuring a worry-free meal. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, and the central Soho location made it the ideal pre-theatre spot. Côte Soho is a must-visit, and we’ll be back for more!

⭐️⭐️ Disappointing Visit at Côte Soho I’ve always liked Côte, but my recent experience at the Soho branch was far from what I’ve come to expect. Although the restaurant was only about 30% full, service was extremely slow. While the cocktails arrived quickly, our mains took far too long. When my auntie ordered a Diet Coke, she was served a Pepsi instead. After politely mentioning she’d asked for Coca-Cola, the waiter curtly said “You said Pepsi” and walked off — no apology, no offer to correct it. I always order the calamari, but this time it wasn’t fresh or crunchy like usual — very underwhelming. The steaks were also blunt and lacking in flavour, which added to the overall disappointment. Service details that used to feel thoughtful are now missing — no bread and butter to start, no bottle of water brought to the table unless you ask, and no napkins until requested. It all added up to a sense of carelessness and decline in quality. Sadly, I left feeling let down — a far cry from the Côte standard I once trusted.
