Service was wonderful from the off. Even though it was super busy at the time of our reservation, staff were friendly and apologetic as they sat us down to wait for our table. They were attentive throughout, despite it being the lunch rush. The food was amazing, with the halloumi burger being dubbed “one of the nicest things” my vegetation sister has ever eaten. The bacon pancakes were amazing - though it’s a shame there’s not the option to get a smaller portion as 5 pancakes is A LOT. My mum doesn’t like olives and yet ate every single one on her seafood platter, stating they were “actually quite nice”. The cocktails were delicious and they had a good range of mocktails to accommodate those who aren’t drinking. My only regret is being too full to get dessert as I’m sure it would have been amazing…oh well, there’s always next time.

Had a marvellous birthday brunch at Bills. Incredible value for money especially as if you’re subscribed to the newsletter and it’s your birthday as you get a feee bottle of Prosecco with the purchase of a main meal. Exceptional service from Frankie and Zita. Such bright and warm energy and made me feel well looked after on my birthday. Lots of laughter and definitely Zita has a talent for engaging with people as I could hear her checking on other patrons and conversing with the wee children who excitedly told her about pillow fights and how they have fun. Frankie was an expert at setting up the Prosecco as usually I get anxious when one is getting opened. Will definitely be back again to try the more savoury meals too.

This branch is located in the busy area by Borough Market, so would suggest making a reservations. It’s nicely situated on a corner with a few tables outside. Was here on a bottomless pancake deal which has 2 choices only, with fruit or biscoff pancake. We tried the GF pancake with fruit, not keen as it’s pretty dense and could do with more fruit and maybe some fruit compote/clotted cream. Biscoff one comes with a scoop of ice cream and a load of crumbled biscoff and quite sweet. Both are nicely paired. We also ordered bottomless hot drinks. Both were very good deals. However, there is a time limited of 90mins. Unfortunately, they were lacking in staff and took ages to get the pancakes and drinks to our table. My friend received her drink quite soon but mine came after I had eaten my first set of pancake. We were told there was only 1 staff dealing with hot drinks. Saw 2 Waitress taking orders, 1 delivering food and 1 at the front reception. It’s not a very small restaurant but still needs more staff. With such deals on offer, management should expect it to be busy and organise enough staff to cover the busy hours. I feel sorry for staff having to deal with being chased for food. They did well and maintained good customer service. The toilets also needs to be cleaned more often especially the one with baby changing facility. I certainly would not bring my baby here. On the other hand, other food being served looked lovely. We liked the elderflower and rose tea and matcha coconut latte.
