Omg is the only thing that can actually express the experience in this place. The staff were amazing, polite and helpful. The ambience and the cheerful atmosphere along with the amazing food left us with one of our great dining memories in London!!

Somewhat disappointing experience. Unfortunately waiter untrained - does now know any details of the food on the menu so unable to clarify some of the dishes. However he really tried his best and sought advice. Rib. Eye poor quality meat - tough. Greens very basic and over cooked. Tomato and onion salad ok. Chicken just about fine. Tiramisu was lot better than the main courses. Browns would be a better choice for the hotel.

I generally find room service food to be just okay, even at higher end hotels, but Carluccio’s was a pleasant surprise. the tuna abruzzese is excellent, and my risotto was well done, as was the chicken club. The pizzas are delicious too. generous portions for sure!
