    Carluccio’s near Heathrow was a fantastic find, especially in an area that doesn’t offer many decent dining options. We arrived just as the kitchen was about to close, but the staff welcomed us warmly without hesitation. What really stood out was that there were no restrictions on the menu—even at closing time—which is something I truly appreciated. The service was excellent: friendly, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful.

    Food was good. But the biggest issue is, the price of the wine when I ordered was house wine and $8.5 pounds, I put the bill on my room, 2nd day when I checked out, the price changed to $13 pounds, I was in a rush to head to airport, so didn’t argue, but I would suggest you to be careful with this restaurant.

    Payed 40 GBP for this humble piece of steak and still hungry. I ordered well done steak, it was tasteless, bland and no tenderness. When I showed my concern and asked for sauce, I was informed it’s extra charge and this is how it supposed to be. I found different prices and picture of the same dish in different restaurants. I’m really frustrated. Will never visit them again. It doesn’t worth the price, quality and service.
