Bōkan is an award winning dockside beacon for artisanal food & drinks made using a mixture of local, ancient and adopted British ingredients. Consisting of 3 floors, this award winning AA Rosette restaurant is situated on the 37th floor where the menu is inspired by rich European cultural cuisines that have flowed along the Thames since ancient times.

Outside is an industrial dockyard, while inside is a haven of sophistication and class. The gorgeous, panoramic views of the city send sunlight streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the exposed beams and red brick walls adding some urban edge. Aim for a table near the open plan kitchen while chefs whip up the finest European cuisine or perch by the window seats.

Elevate your weekend brunch experience at award-winning restaurant Bōkan 37 with the launch of its Sky-High Brunch Series, featuring three decadent courses and unlimited drinks. With a front row seat to London’s impressive skyline, enjoy panoramic views of the city like no other; the perfect location to brunch high in the sky.

Didn't know what to expect of a restaurant in a hotel...but it was really worthwhile! The restaurant is on the lower of the 3 top floors (with the top being a mediocre rooftop bar, and the middle floor being a mix of food/bar) - strongly recommend to go with the set menu in the restaurant on floor 37, nice window seat, and view over London during sunset. Impeccable service, well curated food, fair prices for the setting.

Absolutely marvellous Food; the flavour, the texture, the vibrant tones in every dish as if it were a theme. Waiters and Waitresses were all so kind to my child, being accommodating to us as a family and helping whenever they can. At first I was sceptical about the size of some of the portions provided but the quality of flavours were so palatable whilst the food was filling my mouth with ecstatic power; I have travelled to many cities around the world to eat at many fine dining establishments, but none have ever made me so pleased with the food as BOKAN 37 the Chef and Team really nailed this idea of mixing Eastern European and Mediterranean into their own signature style dishes. My favourite Restaurant in London.

An incredible hidden gem, tucked away from the crowds. I was truly impressed by the view from the terrace and windows – the whole of London opens up before you. I really regret not bringing my camera. The food is excellent, and the evening atmosphere feels like you're somewhere far from London.
