The atmosphere at the restaurant was truly beautiful, creating a lovely setting for what was supposed to be a special evening. The food was very good—my husband and I had a couple of starters, and the truffle pizza and oysters was simply amazing. However, the service left much to be desired. I had booked the dinner for my husband's birthday, which was on that very day. I prepaid for champagne and even uploaded a picture for recognition, but unfortunately, that special touch never happened. The champagne, which was supposed to be a welcome drink, arrived 10-15 minutes after we were seated, during which time we hadn't been served at all. I didn't want to mention the champagne to my husband, so we ordered other drinks that, strangely enough, only arrived toward the end of our dinner. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all—there were only about 5-6 tables occupied—so the delay in service felt even more disappointing. Although the lady serving us was lovely, the overall service was disorganized. While the food was excellent, we didn’t get any dessert as we were already full, but what really dampened the experience was the lack of any effort to acknowledge the birthday. Something as simple as a "Happy Birthday" message on the plate would have been a nice gesture, especially given the occasion. In summary, while the food and atmosphere were outstanding, the service, especially on such a special day, was quite a letdown.

The food is tasty. Tiramisu is nice. Came already several times and will come back. Just first time our umbrella was taken by someone else 🥲 the team suggested dinner from them, so tried to make us a bit happier 😅 thanks xx

Very pleasant experience dining here to celebrate my sister’s graduation. The food was top quality, I’ve never had better Pasta Vongole in my life. We had a variety of starters and mains and I didn’t think that anything was not to my liking at all. Really enjoyed the tiramisu being made right in front of us Also this was one of the few restaurants where you can book a meal for 8+ people online, without having to call or email. We didn’t have an issue finding a table, but I guess it was because it was Monday
