Such a great little restaurant, friendly welcoming staff, food was served really quickly and to a high standard! 10/10. Great atmosphere and good choice of the menu for food and drinks. Even gave me a takeaway box for the rest of my burger I didn't finish.

In Liverpool to celebrate my my friends birthday. Wanted to do something special. What a complete disaster. Cocktails that they don't have all ingredients to make it look as good as the picture. Don't even use the same glasses as shown. They looks very nice on the menu but reality was rubbish. My chicken burger was greasy even though it was grilled chicken. To top it off staff were extremely rude. The made waiter especially. In desperate need of customer service trainning. Would definitely not recommend. With the prices being high you expect so much better.

I booked a table for me and my two adult daughters. We were a little early so waited for a table to be cleaned (no issue, our fault for being early, so didn’t mind the short wait). We were seated and given menus. Great! Orders drinks after a bit of a wait and then waited a further 25 minutes to receive them! It was very busy, which is to be expected for a Saturday, but I did think this was a bit of an excessive time to receive our drinks. Food arrived and the burgers were indeed very tasty but they weren’t exactly hot. I presume they’d been sat for a while before we received them. Not the best, when you’re paying £20 for a burger and frozen fries. A lot of the staff looked particularly stressed and miserable. I understand they were busy, but in a customer service role, it would have been nice to see a few smiles about! Our waiter - Tyrone was absolutely lovely and very cheery, so a big thank you to him for making our dining experience much better. Would I go back again? No. Not at those prices for ‘warm’ food, a freezing seat and a long wait for drinks. Plenty of places in Liverpool to choose and we all agreed that this wouldn’t be a place where we would return. Overpriced, substandard and I’m usually very easily pleased!
