Went here for bottomless brunch before Christmas and it wasn't the best. The chicken was very dry, they brought out two wrong dishes and they also stopped our time with 15mins left. They brought the bill and wouldn't let us get anything else on the bottomless brunch menu. They didn't even alert us- staff were slow at coming round and getting our orders/bringing drinks. The guy on sax was good. Wouldn't go there for bottomless brunch again!

We went bottomless brunch on Saturday for my hen party. There was 18 of us and the service was absolutely horrendous and nothing bottomless about it. They took so long to bring drinks. They then tried to charge us a service fee 😂😂😂 so when we said no take this off the service is shocking they never came back to our table we had to keep asking people it was a joke considering the cost. We made an order 15 minutes before our time slot was finished and they never bought the drinks when I questioned if they said we need your table back now anyway. I said we want those drinks? No your time is up now. Yes but it wasn’t when we ordered. Entertainment and vibe was good but this is absolutely not the number one brunch in Liverpool. The staff are rude and argumentative and I would just avoid. We’ve been to Liberte before and that was just as fab and service was muccccch better !!

Will not be returning here for bottomless brunch. I have been twice first time was amazing second time not to much! We got kicked off our table half an hour early due to them double booking and the waiting time for drinks was absolutely ridiculous. Severs just ignore you, forget to bring drinks on numerous occasions. I understand this is an extremely busy environment but you need to have staff allocated to every single table to make this experience the best it can be. Paying £45 for 3 drinks and for our bottomless to be cut short by half an hour having to stand! Food was nice and good atmosphere but bottomless brunch was shocking and to think they pocketed £1620 from us!
