Went on Boxing Day for breakfast went without booking and good enough we where fitted in..it was about 11.20 am waitress was lovely we ordered two breakfasts one with poached eggs which we requested to be softly poached one with fried waited and waited it was busy but not overly busy seemed to see a lot of takeaway food being packaged which seemed proity after 30 minutes we asked how much longer and was told it wouldn’t be much longer after about 5 minutes the food arrived my friend’s softly poached eggs were hard so asked them to be replaced was told no problem I tucked into my breakfast to discover the bacon was really burnt and cold and the baked Beans stone cold I returned the beans and they again were replaced but then the rest of the breakfast was lukewarm warm at best it was such a disappointment. We where told we wouldn’t be charged for the food which was only fair because it was a total disaster it’s a shame the staff are really nice but what’s going on in the kitchen I don’t know to wait over 30 minutes and send out cold food apart from the eggs is unacceptable we won’t be returning

We came for a family meal. We ate off the festive menu and found the 2 course for £18.99 offer, fantastic value. Definitely recommend. Sarah took care of us from the outset and listened to the many requests from both boys of what food they did and did not want (mainly veg) on their plates.
