Had an amazing stay. Everyone who works there is so friendly and professional. They don't let anything get in the way of looking after their guests. Had some amazing cocktails and food. Would highly recommend the lemongrass margarita. Calamari is a must. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay.

Didn't stay in this hotel but was opposite the road. We came for food after arriving in Liverpool and it was the best food I have had in ages! Worth the price and lovely staff. The afternoon tea looked great so will be looking to come again for that. The decorations was brilliant. No faults at all. Very welcoming.

The hotel is well situated location especially if you want to be near the docks and Beatles museum. We were able to leave our luggage at reception as we couldn’t check in until 3pm. Staff were very friendly and informative. Rooms were clean but tired looking which was surprising. I would say basic and functional for a weekend stay. Little things were missing for the price paid, you would expect bottled water in the room, although there was a kettle with tea and coffee.
