    I recently went to Veeno in Leicester with my boyfriend for a wine tasting, and it was such a brilliant experience—mainly thanks to Monica, who looked after us. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every wine we tried, sharing little stories and insights that made the whole experience more personal and engaging. Her customer service was absolutely exceptional—friendly, attentive, and completely genuine. You could tell she really cared about making it special for us. Monica made the evening feel relaxed, informative, and fun all at once. Would highly recommend asking for her if you’re planning a visit!

    Delicious food and drink, visited for a post bday treat due to having a Quattro experience. Monica provided detailed information about the wines and food pairing, was such a great experience with extremely good customer service. We also ordered Food from the main menu, this was also delicious and fresh. Thank you Monica for being a great server during our visit.

    We took advantage of a wonderful deal - buying bottle of premium wine and getting the grande board! It was delicious and great value for money. We’ve really enjoyed the food & service was lovely by a brunette lady- very attentive and nice. Will be back! 🫶🏼😊
