Sunday Lunch is served from 12pm and offers a selection of whole-roasted joints, served with roast potatoes, a selection of seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and a rich gravy. Choose from Cumbrian Roast Beef Topside, Half Cumbrian Free Range Chicken, Cumbrian Leg of Lamb or a vegetarian Roast.

The menu also features a range of classic Sunday Roast sides including Cauliflower Cheese, Pigs in Blankets and Pork & Sage Stuffing.

    Went for a meal. Are you sending the right form out?. Staff very friendly, though didn't point out service charge was already added. Had the crispy beef. Not impressed with sauce. Watery lacked flavour. Not up to your usual standard of food. Mother plaice was great though. I'll stick to the seafood in future.

    Efficient and friendly welcome from the staff. Large , well appointed room with some thoughtful inclusions. Good quality linen and very comfy bed. Lots of dining room space with log burners. Good menu and wine list and the house draught beer was excellent. Best ribeye steak we have had in a long time. Can't wait to go back soon.

    A lovely hotel in a picturesque location. I visited The Derby Arms with my partner to have Sunday Lunch after hearing good reviews about the seafood selection. We weren't disappointed! The food was delicious and the service was very well timed and friendly. The only thing that we were disappointed about was some of the specials were sold out... just goes to show how good they were. They sounded very tasty! We will definitely return at the next opportunity.
