We’ve been here a couple of times now. But our last experience was the best one so far. Perfectly and tastefully decorated for a winter dinner. The meals were delicious and the staff was very attentive. The desserts are definitely a shared experience after one of the generous mains. The view outside is lovely too.

The hotel is nice and comfy and has it's own parking lot for no extra fee. We loved staying at Painswick which is less touristy but still has it's charming spots like the church, its gardens, the library. Breakfast was great and we would've love being able to have dinner as well since it looked pretty cozy.

Yummy food with lots of (depth of) flavor. Sufficient vegan options. I didn't really rate the brownie though (much too sweet for me!) Not stayed at the hotel.
